We can even connect you with previous participants so you can talk to them directly about their experience.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

When you decide to enroll, you are making a commitment to yourself and to us so please do so only when you know you are truly committed to participating. In honor of this commitment, we ask for a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $200 (intensive) or $250 (retreat) at the time of registration. There is no deposit for workshops. They are payable in full at the time of registration.

For intensives and retreats, final payment is due within two months of the start of your program. If you are registering less than two months before the start date of a program, your entire payment is due with your registration form. Please remember that we do offer a discount for early enrollment with full payment three months prior to the program start date. A limited number of partial scholarships are available.

While we would certainly be disappointed if you needed to cancel your registration, we do understand that life is unpredictable and sometimes we need to change our plans. For intensives and retreats, with the exception of the deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, here is our cancellation policy:

• Less than one month, zero refundable
• Between one and two months, 50% refundable (less deposit)
• More than two months, 100% refundable (less deposit)

If a minimum number of participants are not registered in a program within one month of the start date, we may choose to cancel that program. If we cancel a program because of low enrollment, a full refund will be given to all registered participants. However, we cannot take responsibility for any travel arrangements you make before we confirm that the program has sufficient enrollment in order to proceed.
